Dear sir /Madam,

Friends of sant parmanand hospital welfare association (F.S.P.H.W.A)” IS a non govt. organization (N.G.O.) Sharing in activities of sant parmanad Hospital as a Friend in day to day needs and avtivities .we are a non Profit making organization with the mission to improve health of the less and under privileged poor and needy People of the community thus enabling them to maximize their potential and to improve the quality of their lives. 

Our Aims :

Daily free distribution of medicines to the needy. Diagnostic campus and further follow up and treatment and surgeries as may be required. To Promote good health and Hygine.Rendering services which give support to sick ,poor elderly regardless of race and religion. To Provide other welfare programmes which concern any medical and nursing care ,social assistance to the sick. Special focus on health of women ,mother and child care programmes. Reach the masses of the slum population especially in North delhi. WE also aim to help people to help themselves on an individual level and by limiting the effect of their Disabilities to thus enable them to support their families and then to strengthen the societies they live in.

We have organized the following camps :-

HEPATITIS B VACCINATION CAMP - July ,2001:1400 People were vaccinated .

GYNAE CAMP-PAP-SMEAR TEST-2001,2004,2005 for cancer detection 100 ladies were given a

Complete check up in each of the camp and those who needed further treatment were treated .

POLIO CHILDREN -HANDICAPPED CAMP help every year since 2001-2006 Approx 600 children have been treated and more than 115 surgeries were performed . 

DENTAL CHECK UP CAMP-DECEMBER-2001 many children from school were given free check-up 

E.N.T.CAMP was held in April 2002, in which 200 people were treated .hearing aids were distributed, Surgeries were also carried out for a few patients.

LIVER DIABETES GASTROENTEROLOGY CHECK-UP CAMP  was held in 2002,2004 around 350 Patients were treated in all the camps .more than 50 Endoscopies & ultrasound were carried out. 

Mother & CHILD CARE CAMP  Was held in sept ,2002. fourty five ladies were treated & about Forty Five children were given a general check-up & vaccination & medicines were given to them.  

BLOOD DONATION CAMP -FEBRUARY 2003- 46 Units of blood was collected in this camp.

KIDNEY & PROSTATE STONES & DISEASES DETECTION CAMP -2002 & 2003 Around 160 persons were examined and around 30 persons had problem of kidney stones & bladder . The surgeries for the patients were carried out.

HERT CHEK-UP CAMP 2003 - With the help of escort doctors 200 patients were checked in Sant Parmand Hospital and for futher treatment referred to Escorts hospital.  

CHEST & LUNG CHECK-UP CAMP 2005 -110 people under treatment PFT & chest X-Ray.

SPECIAL PROJECT :- TREATMENT Of T.B. PATIENTS

More than 600 T.B patients have been treated & cured till 2005 .each patient treatment last generally for 9 month in which we provide free medication under doctors guidance expense occurred on each patient is about RS.9000/ to RS 10,000/- presently we have more than 45 T.B Patients under going treatment.

In the year 2006-2007, we plan to organize many more camps like skin diseases HEART CHECK-UP and GYNAECOLOGICAL SURGERIES ,Through LAPAROSCOPY etc. we would like to solicit your co-operation and financial help in our various projects. Our aim is to organize atleast four to six camp in a year apart from our day to day

activities. Kindly strengthen our hands by sponsoring a polio operation -RS 5000/-per person or by  becoming a donor member starting at RS. 5000/-per year.
