31 years old lady presented to us with pain in both hips and difficulty in walking. She is a known case of systemic lupus erythematous ( SLE) with avascular necrosis of both hips. On examination she had gross restriction of movements of both hips.
She had undergone uncemented Total Hip Replacement for both hips. She has been discharged and now walking comfortably and painfree.
