A 60 years old female who had undergone bilateral total knee replacement 11 years ago for Rheumaotid Arthritis . Sustained fall and developed pain and instability over Right knee, on examination knee was grossly unstable and X-rays showed loosening of the tibial implant. With newer technology we have improved implant designs like (RHK) which can be used in revision surgeries with excellent outcomes. She underwent a revision Rotating Hinge Knee Replacement, at one week the patient is walking comfortably with a frame.
