73 yrs old gentleman came with pain in both knees with difficulty in walking for the past 1 year. He had no comorbidities. His weight bearing knee joint xray showed advance arthritic changes with varus deformity. He underwent Bilateral Robotic Assisted Knee Replacement surgery with complete correction of deformity.
